Professional Expectations
Whilst working at Carvery UK, you are required to follow the professional expectations set out for you by the Leadership team. This is required for all staff ranks, including Management and Senior Management.
You are expected to communicate with your colleagues, ensuring we have a strong team and work together to address any issues we may encounter, whilst also collaborating effectively to reduce the workload on staff.
You are expected to maintain a professional attitude whilst working at Carvery UK, with fellow staff AND customers. This means treating everyone with respect and integrity at all times, and remaining unbiased when faced with difficult situations.
Although there is no set activity requirement for Staff below Management, we expect that anyone holding a staff rank is active and contributing towards the maintaining of a strong community.
You must always be respectful whilst on or off duty, you are a representative of Carvery UK at all times and disrespect will not be tolerated. All of our customers and staff must feel welcome and treated with the same level of respect as everybody else. You are all the backbone of our community.
All staff must adhere to the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards at all times, and anybody breaking these rules will be reported to the Roblox Moderation Team. This same expectation is held over all customers too
