Demotions

Demotions are defined as the act of a current rank being changed to a lower one, essentially reverting a player's position back to a previous rank.

There are many different reasons for demotions, including but not limited to breaking the staff expectations, not working to an appropriate level for your rank, or AFK farming. If you are demoted in a rank under Management (Junior Manager+), you will not be directly informed.

It is essential to always check your current rank in the game, and the one you hold within our Discord server to ensure it is always up to date, and you are aware of what your rank responsibilities are. All demotions are approved by the Senior Management team or above, and cannot be appealed. 

Suspensions and Terminations (Investigations)

Investigations take place when an individual is found to be breaking the staff expectations, or respective Terms of Services, and is placed Under Investigation whilst the incident is reviewed by Senior Management. During this time, the individual will be ranked to Pending Investigation and will lose all permissions to access or utilise staff channels/information.

Sharing any information regarding an investigation to those outside of the investigation may result in further action being taken alongside the action of said investigation.

The final action of an investigation could be anything from a warning to a termination, and these have been defined below.

Suspensions
This is a temporary removal of rank and all rank-related channels and information, and can range from one week to a month. These are given when the staff expectations or Terms of Service of Discord or Roblox are breached, and we feel a temporary removal of duties could resolve this issue.

Terminations
A termination is the most serious action that can be taken against a rank. This is when the rank is revoked from an individual, and you are unable to re-apply to any position for a specified amount of time given by Senior Management. You will be ranked to Carvery Customer upon issuance of a termination. When a termination is issued, you will be informed via either Direct Messages on Discord, or in a ticket if it is the result of an investigation.
