Promotions

This page contains promotion information for ranks between Trainee Staff and Intern Manager.

Trainee Staff

Trainee Staff are able to earn the rank of Junior Staff by attending a training session hosted by Management (Junior Manager+) and passing the training. After this, you will no longer be able to be promoted through trainings, and will move onto the promotion system stated throughout the rest of this page.

Junior Staff and Advanced Staff

Staff members that hold the ranks of Junior and Advanced Staff have the ability to progress to their next available rank through the promotions system. In order to be eligible for a promotion, you must be recognised for your hard work and dedication towards Carvery UK and our games.

Management handpicks eligible individuals, and recommends a promotion through the Hyra platform based on many factors, including time spent in-game and attendance during shifts. All promotions are reviewed by Senior Management, and you do not need to request a rank-up. Failure to follow this, or 'hinting' for a promotion, may result in decreased chances for future promotions.
